Minny

Having admired the work of Tracey Mac and her little friend Manny I was over the moon to welcome a new member to our own family. Minny is a little shy, she is still getting to know us and is not at all sure about being thrust into the limelight here on RB.

I assured her that you all would be a wonderfully supportive audience, so please… say hi and make her feel welcome :) Maybe if you ask her nicely she might even do a little dance for you.

Nothing a little trip to the shed and a four inch grinder couldn’t sort out Trace ;) Thankfully hubby was very careful and she didn’t go up in a puff of smoke. I have to admit though, I was too much of a fraidy cat to watch… reminded me of when we used to take the boys to get their vaccinations. {{{shudders}}}

We’re gonna have to keep an eye on these two ya know, turn our backs for half a sec and they’ll be facebooking each other til the wee hours of the morning I’m betting!

Hey Snowey!
Was just saying to Trace that Manny needed a partner… you know, a PROPER wooden one. Like Ash was never really gonna work, was she? Manny needs a bit of solid wood to satisfy HIS passion (whoops… that didn’t come out quite the way I’d hoped…) OK, Minny’s not exactly massively endowed in the boob dept., but I think Manny’s a bit more of a ‘joint’ guy anyway, yeah?

Glad you managed to solve the ‘problem’ without shedding any sap (or splinters!)... and you’ve amazed me with your first shot of her new-found freedom. I hope this is an emerging style for you cause you’re good at it… love your framing and colors, and the sentiment (of course she’s shy… there’s LOTS of people out there!!!). And cuz I kinda know the way yer mind works… I think we’re gonna get some cool sequels before you finally marry her off…

Ok… I’ve stopped laughing enough to type now!

So, no… Minny is not hugely endowed in the boob department, but she is most definitely female! I didn’t even know that there were she-mannys… shows what a sheltered life I have led ;)

I already have a whole bunch of scenarios in my mind that I am hoping Minny is going to help me out with, so you are sure to be seeing a whole lot of her in the near future. I just wish that my technical capabilities could keep up with my imagination :)

Now that’s plain weird girl. I spent Saturday shooting a human puppet danse macabre and was wishing for a stage set just like Minny’s. Beautiful and mysterious, and then you drown it! Heartless artist.
