WOW That is a gorgeous portrait … I was going to suggest a crop … but I won’t cos I hate people doing that to me LOL She has a very powerful and beautiful face. I love this!! VBS
a stunning portrait Belinda anexpressive model lightong perfect for this pose my guess as to the crop would be just below the chin to concentrate the point of interest on the face congratulations Jim.
Yeah …. Jim got it spot on ;) I am sorry I actually bought it up now, because I KNOW you have your reasons for NOT cropping it. But, yes, A crop below the chin and somewhat out to the left (I LOVE HER HAIR!!! Leave it in, it frames her face so beautifully!!) Not so sure such a crop could be done with this photo though, and again Jim was spot on with my line of thinking, that crop IMO would concentrate the focus on her face … she has such a beautiful strong face!!!!! MMMMMMMMM LOL oops .. .I mean YEAH!! :)
I like this Belinda! nice eerrr—exposure,i think Craig would like it cropped through the centre of the right shoulder, and i guess i would look ok,as it concentrates on the most powerful area of the image, the face and hair, worth a try, then you will have two versions which is a bonus aye, cheers.
i completely disagree with cropping this gorgeous piece. her face is strong and beautiful enough to draw attention all by itself without it needing to be the only thing in the shot. i love the way the line of her back is in line with the tiles in the pool, i love the line of the sidewalk underneath her and i love that this shot is begging for a frame. the hair, the skin tone and the composition are perfect in my own admittedly uneducated opinion. it wouldn’t have as much an effect if it were cropped. and i may be unedicated in photography but im a hell of an artist if i do say so myself :) and this is a piece of art.
