It”s not creme.This is cherries are pasteurized,which are placed in jars.Eat usually in the winter as treat,it is very delicious.Thanks for your nice comments,anna

So well photographed Anna.I love cherries in compote. We eat them with minced meat and fried potatoes.But we can also pour them over cream rice or ice-cream or pudding.always lovely!
