Happy Thanksgiving by Beckylee

Posted on November 22, 2007

I just want to take a minute to wish each and everyone of you a very special and blessed Thanksgiving. For those of you who happen to live outside the US, and don’t observe this traditional holiday, you can still enjoy it with us. Please just take a moment and give a prayer of thanks for something you are thankful for.

I’m thankful for my wonderful husband, John and family who is always encouraging me to continue following my dreams when I feel like it is a hopeless cause.

I’m thankful for all my wonderful old and dear friends. They keep encouraging me to take more photos, so that one day I can create a “masterpiece” that may be born. They are there to lend an ear when I need to vent about my frustrating job, or my headstrong daughter that is 16 going on 21. Or whatever the crisis-of-the-day may be. Or just there to have a laugh or two.

I’m also thankful that I have met so many wonderful people and have so many friends on this website. Thank you all for the encouraging words and constructive criticism. Thank you for answering my all questions and sharing your editing “secrets” with me. I have learned so much just from all you guys.

I’m thankful for the brave men and women that have died for something they believed in… our country… our freedom. God Bless the brave men and women that are thousands of miles away from home and their loved ones. I pray for your safe homecoming, so that you can see your children grow up, and have many such thanksgivings together. Thank you for the sacrifices you have made

God Bless!

God bless you too my friend. Even though my thanksgiving was last month (you guys are slow) I am thankful for a lot of things too. Including family and the new friends I made on the website(s) that I am on. And for the people who take the time to look at my work and give me honest feedback. I believe I have improved greatly thanks to them.
