Profile
With a background in Fashion Design and Fine Arts, I worked as a Make Up Artist for a number of years prior to surrendering to my true love; Art…and the pursuit of it. After a seachange from Sydney a few years ago, I now live in a small beachside town on The Central Coast of NSW, where I love to create works inspired by the many amusing things I find around me.
My art centres on the expression of the vast human emotions and condition. Exploring this has kept me busy in my studio for many moons.
I enjoy working in many medias, such as pastel and charcoal.
My goal for my work is that it would provoke thoughts and discussion, to be a reminder that the “extraordinary” is simply an extension of the ordinary.
Currently hung in private collections throughout Australia and in China and the U.S (worth mentioning, I guess, but irrelevant, I paint because I feel the urge to…as most artists do)
