Artist's Description

This is a series of shots i took of a python snake Alan found down in the shed!, He had it balanced on a stick for ages before he put it up in the lemon tree.It then proceeded to climb up out of the lemon tree & went over to the spikey pine tree instead, then, when it wasn’t having so much fun in the spikes, started to move again, out of the pine tree back into the lemon tree!!, It got a bit boring after a while of watching & attempting a few photos, so i left it to get on with its move alone! With the change in weather & the onset of the summer heat, all the snakes are coming out of hibernation, we have to be careful out here in the bush. There are a few venomous ones about, but these pythons are totally harmless, They squeeze prey to death instead, they do also bite, just not venomous.
