74-foot gaff-rigged topsail sloop, Frances, was built by her Captains and crew on Portland’s waterfront. Launched in the fall of 2003, her design is reminiscent of the 1800s Maine windjammer used up and down the Maine coast for fishing and trade. Her rig is tall and elegant; her sail area and deck space impressive.

Avid photographer with a favorite style and vision on landscapes.
Like to think that learning is one of my greatest assets. Always in hope that I can apply that in my love of capturing a moment. Firmly believe in the heart of photography is what the snap is of. Why that image? Why that light? Why that angle? Why that time of day? Why that film or medium format. Why B&W, why not color? Why?
