I have loved the beauty of Photography since being given my first camera for my 21st birthday. Photography helps you to see the fabulous beauty of this world of ours in a different light.

Since changing to a digital camera a few years ago my excitement of photography has been reignited. My camera of choice is the Canon EOS 450D SLR (Rebel XTi for the Americans/Europeans) with a recently acquired Canon EF-S 15-85mm ISM USM lens. Most macro shots were taken with the my trusty Lumix TZ7 point and shoot which is small enough to keep on hand when a photo op arrises.

We are owned by 2 Beagles (!!), we love growing Australian plants in the front garden and vegetables in the back garden (and of course, photographing them), travelling anywhere in Australia or the big wide world and scrapbooking (both traditional albums and digital albums) all the hundreds of photos I take.
