I have loved the beauty of Photography since being given my first camera for my 21st birthday. It’s a challenge to get it right “in the camera” rather than in Photoshop. Have just recently upgraded from a Canon EOS SLR film camera to the new Canon EOS 450D SLR (Rebel XTi for the Americans/Europeans) with a Sigma 18-200mm zoom lens. I’m currently trying to learn more about macro photography and need to research macro lenses.
We are owned by 2 Beagles (!!), love growing Australian plants in the front garden and vegetables in the back garden (and of course, photographing them), travelling anywhere in Australia or the big wide world and scrapbooking (both traditional albums and digital albums)all the hundreds of photos I take.
