I can hear the poor little fellow say something like, “Next time, please place the peanuts on top of the snow. I really don’t like to get my nose wet!”.

However, he did get his fill of peanuts. And the snow wasn’t really that deep. He and his very fat siblings did have to fend off the blue-jays who thought they were entitled.

All the while, the cats stated out the glass door, trying to referee.

Nikon D300, f5.3, 1/125s, ISO 200, Niikkor DX AF-S 55-300mm VR lens. Raw format. Tripod and shutter release.

I am an imagist with a fascination for seeing the extraordinary in every-day objects and sights.I still use film occasionally and still have a love of black & white photography.
