I live in a agricultural community in North Central Florida with my husband,5 dogs and 1 cat (who thinks hes a dog). Some of the sights in our area are the Suwanee River, several fresh water springs, and several zoos and wild life habitats. I particularly enjoy shooting nature and animals. And I LOVE playing with my shots in Paint Shop Pro,PhotoShop, and Paint Shop Essentials.. The first camera I ever used was a little red box camera called a Kodak Brownie that my mom loaned me to use on a elementary school field trip. I have played around with cameras off and on over the years, but never seriously until the end of 2006 when my husband bought me a small Kodak zoom lens easy share camera for my birthday. Inspired by my two sisters who have been serious amateur photographers for years I started learning the ins and outs of photography, and before long was completely “hooked”. In early 2007, on the advise of my sisters I got a Pentax SLR camera that really opened up the photographic world to me. Then I discovered the world of digital software in the form of Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop. Artistically inclined all my life, this was right down my alley. I love digitally manipulating my shots to create new art. I find this as satisfying and fun as taking the pictures themselves. So expect to see anything from straight out of the camera to complete abstract among my art. Thank you for looking, and feel free to comment both positive and negative. All my art displayed here is for sale in various sizes and at resonable prices.This is still a learning experience for me and probably always will be. As long as there is life, there is learning.
