An amateur, but a long love of photography. A recent move to digital has seen the love ‘blossom’, and a greater enjoyment in the field. I will try most forms of photography, and gain both knowledge and fun out of the experimentation. Using a Nikon D300 and D7000, with a range of lenses, and filters. I hope you enjoy the views as much as I’ve enjoyed taking them.

So glad you got your sunset mate… I was watching it in awe kicking myself that I wasn’t anywhere capturing it…

  • Thanks heaps Shaz. Yes, was worth the wait in the end – didn’t think it was going to work out quite as well though (and the obnoxious ‘canon’ show off whose partner kept on leaning over the railing while I was trying to ge the Opera House – know so few great canon users – lol). Yes, you should have stayed – could’ve had some extra drinks while waiting. Great to catch up again, thanks.

That was an awesome capture to end a beautiful and fun day. I went over to the Botanical gardens but had left for home before sunset. Really glad to finally catch up with you and put a face to your name(s) Barry/Bazza/Baz. I didn’t know who Barry was initially until I heard someone call you Bazza … and then then it all fell into place and I certainly knew you. Hope we catch up again sometime.

  • Thanks heaps Christina, and for the fave too. Yes, gets me confused at times too – lol! Problem was that had the ‘name’ on here for so long that changing it added to the confusion so stuck with it. Yes, likewise great to catch up, and hope we get another chance.

Bugger .. missed a great sunset over the harbour. Wasn’t patient enough to hang around.
Great shot Baz & great to meet you at last.

  • Hi Michael, same, was great to finally put a person to the contacts. Yes, was worth the wait in the end – just made it a very long day – home by 10pm! Still, a great day out, look ofrward to the next opportunity – now easier from up here than in Wagga lol
