An amateur, but a long love of photography. A recent move to digital has seen the love ‘blossom’, and a greater enjoyment in the field. I will try most forms of photography, and gain both knowledge and fun out of the experimentation. Using a Nikon D300 and D7000, with a range of lenses, and filters. I hope you enjoy the views as much as I’ve enjoyed taking them.

Did a bit of dolphin whispering did you Baz? Love they way they’ve lined up for you! Lovely light

  • More than a bit – lol! Many many years ago when surfing at Raglan in New Zealand, they used to come and play with us, since then been swimming with them as well. Such beautiful creatures, just love them.

Very nice capture Baz…..we don’t get too many in Dove Lake…Ha Ha:o)

  • Thanks heaps mate, fave too appreciated. Nah, too bloody cold for them down there in the deep south! lol. Mind you, a swim with them in NZ there was snow on the nearby hills and it was freezing in the water, so you might persuade some to take up residence in the lake?? Yeah, do hope to get down there and have a meet up!

A nice capture Baz. Well spotted Mate.

  • Thanks heaps mate. They were an awesome sight. Later on they came back and were jumping out of the water very close to the bridge – almost could’ve touched them – but too quick to get a photo and too dark as well.
