Artist’s Universe … December 2011
The World As We See It, or as we missed it … February 2013

Viviers a small, quaint walled town, sits between the hills behind it and the right bank of the Rhône
in the Département of Ardèche, in France. On an overcast day, we walked up through winding
alleys to the tiny Cathédrale Saint-Vincent de Viviers, which was constructed in the 11th and
12th centuries. The images for this panorama were taken from an open area near the Cathédrale.

Stunning stuff, Trish. I’m gonna have to learn how to stitch. Actually, that photo reminds me a little of The Rocks area of Sydney, and if it hadn’t been so wet and miserable yesterday, I would have spent some time there.

  • Gary, thanks heaps for your stunning wrap ! It’s a bit wet all up and down the coast I think … what draws you to Sydney at this time of year? The program I use to stitch is pretty easy (I can use it unaided !) and is free. I learned fairly quickly what I was doing wrong after the first couple of attempts resulting in a very long, very thin image !
