More images of INSECTS and SPIDERS & FLOWERS

Photographed at my home at Batemans Bay, New South Wales, Australia.
This elusive creature stayed for a prolonged drink of nectar from one of my Hoyas.
They often fly around the garden, but rarely land and stay long enough for an opportunity like this!

Dragonflys do make great subject !! I don’t see many when I am out at the beach , come summer I will be up the creek and there may be some there, will have to try to get a great close up like yours !!!

  • Karen, thanks so much for your comments. I was lucky this one stopped and rested for so long! Usually they just fly over!
