Hi Mary. You need to have your camera on a tripod and make sure you dont have flash on whichever setting you use (I just set mine to landscape) then when you press the button, twist your lens slowly and see the result. It took several takes before I was happy!

cool photo effect its hard to get the right shot i have used this technique and it can make things look really cool try it on person its great

I too have used this efect with my 17-85mm Canon lense. It works best on a Tri-pod. Strange coming across the same pic in the same city I have taken. Nice work by the way…from Kings Park.
