Mourning – Rage

I rage against the Darkness
I rage against the Light
I rage against the company of the
Lonely in the night

I hear the sounds of Silence
And the teardrops as they fall
And does it help console me?
It just does bugger all

But when my rage is over
When my agony is spent
I just remember Sorrow
Then wonder where it went

My peace is found in laughter
In the noise of glad routine
When I finally see that nothing
Is as it has been
