ESB Irish Endeavour ridden by Will Enzinger from Victoria competing at the Melbourne Three Day Event, Cross Country phase June 8th 2008.
ESB Irish Endeavour is a 16.3hh, Grey, 14 year old, Irish Sport Horse gelding owned by Vanessa Hawkins and Emily Anker.
“an active, short-shinned, powerful horse with substance and quality. It is proud of bearing, deep of girth and strong of back and quarters. Standing over a lot of ground, it has an exceptionally strong and sound constitution. It has an intelligent and gentle nature and is noted for its docility and sense.”
Irish sport horses excel in show jumping, eventing and dressage. They are generally sensible, smart and surefooted mounts, with tremendous jumping ability and athleticism. Many of the horses competing at the Olympics and World championships in the show jumping and eventing disciplines, have Irish Sport Horse blood.
