Kick butt rocking image. Perfect framing and a sweet sense of motion.
Question: Why would the rider wear a watch…isn’t weight an issue? (not knowing a thing about horse racing is why I ask)

Thanks Von….........The “Cross Country” phase of an “Eventing” competion is all about riding to time, excede the alloted time to ride the course and you recieve penalty points. In this event the course consisted of 23 fences over 3.4 Kilometres with an alloted time of 6min 11secs. Therefore a watch is as important to the competitor as his saddle, whip and spurs. The riders are brave but the horses are braver.
