You hear this a lot… “What white privilege? Where? I’ve never benefited from racism!”
But in real life, racism tends to be invisible to white people… it’s helping us, but in the background, invisibly. This cartoon was an attempt to show how racism can shape our entire life (if you’re white, like I am) and remain entirely out of our sight.

On point. The truth. Excellent layout and the personalities of the characters is well presented.
Spot on. It’s easy to forget sometimes that while you may not be racist, that particular brand of bigotry propped up our civilisation in the West. This is a great little reminder of that.
Yes!
A complex point made with beautiful clarity…absolutely nailed it!
spot on
spot on truth . so well laid out. brilliant simple presentation.
well demonstrated!
Well done!
This is a perfect demonstration of the effects of multi-generational institutionalised overt (and covert) racism. It’s happened all over the world and continues to happen. A sad indictment on our modern so called “civilised” societies and our lack of capacity to face the truth.
Very clever!
