Created in UF 5.04 from equation Laris 1 as a Julia Spiral with my own 22 color gradient, this image reminds me of histological sections of the wall of the intestine, which is lined with thousands of tiny finger-shaped features called villi (singular villus). While this may not sound like an attractive pictorial subject, when properly stained, such body tissues under the microscope can be quite beautiful, and not too dissimilar to fractals.
