M3D(1379): Windmills of Oia, Santorini WIP#1 by

Featured 8/20/13 in Bryce and Beyond

Created for the Cityscape Workshop in Solo Exhibition Group as a first step in the translation of

Windmills of Oia, Santorini, Greece
by Lucinda Walter

Starting with Mandelbulb3D parameters from Alien Weapon Installation by fraterchaos I modified the shapes and colors as best I could in M3D to try to match the general complexity and palette of Lucinda’s wonderful photo from memory, as I did this first step while on vacation without benefit of internet connection, and I had forgotten to save a copy of the photo on my laptop.
