Whoa!!! Where did the rest of the tree go??? by

The way the tail is extended right over its head this squirrel looks like it came to a very sudden stop at the end of the log.

After the storm in May last year we had to cut limbs off of trees to clear the yard, there are many such cut off limbs around here now and the squirrels seem to like them as a vantage place to keep watch for Tucker.

Great capture…Tucker is a squirrel chasing dog also? Rosie’s favorite past time…getting the squirrels out of the yard!

  • Yes, all you have to do is say “SQUIRREL” regardless of where he is and he starts running around looking up trees.

Ah, yes….I have a few of those in my yard too….great vantage points for teasing Quinn! This is so funny…..the squirrel stopped short but his tail kept going! LOL! Love it, Bro!

so cute…. and what a great capture!! when i first saw it… i thought maybe he had his tail like that to shelter from the rain… but now i see that it was a quick stop thing… lol… the squirrels here know exactly how long her leash is… and they sit right beyond that and tease her… one of these days, we might just get her a longer leash… and watch the squirrels run for their lives!! great shot, bro…

  • Thank you sis, Tucker puts them up a tree but he has never caught one. Hope you are feeling better, I am up north on the ATT air card so will not be around much. thing doesn’t work worth a d@^^
