Yucca Blooms Beside the Lake. by barnsis
As I was taking images of a sunset with stunning colors right after a storm I noticed the tall Yucka bloom stalk and decided to include it in the shot. I was glad i did when I saw how it turned out.

The enlargement is beautiful in its own right! Were you using a tripod by the way?
I thought about posting it as a separate image but decided not to because of the processing required to get this close up. no this was a hand held shot.

I have always loved the blooms of the yucca plant…and adding that gorgeous sunset as background was a brilliant idea! Love this image, Byron!
I plan to plant more of them in this area of the lake this winter, Just one of those lucky shots.
