Autumn in the Castor River Valley by

This is on highway 72 east of Fredericktown Missouri – just three miles from our home. In fact our home is straight over the far hill. I love living in our rolling hills.

Great shot Byrin. Love the curvature of the road in this. It’s a destructive force that weather.

  • Thank you, we are still cutting trees up to clear a path through the back roads on our farm – seven months after the storm.

Wonderful shot, Byron…I love roads that curve like that! Mother Nature does have a way, sometimes cruelly, to “thin the herd” and make room for the new. So sad….and yet, now there is room for new growth….seems to be a continual evolution….

  • She sure cleared the heard here. { :>) Thanks
