Each spring the Bartlett Pear tree is one large mass of beautiful white blooms with long black tipped stamen. You see them in many of the yards here in Southeast Missouri. I really liked this image taken against the cloudless deep blue sky.

Are these in bloom down there already??? Hope so…that means that Spring might actually be on the way up here…and believe me…we’re beginning to wonder! Beautiful shot, Byron!
I just hope they don’t get their buds frozen, our late frost is usually April 15.
