*Who is standing in the window??* SERIES - 3 by barnsis
The problem with the person’s presence in that window is that there can be no person in that window. Due to city code restrictions the access to all floors about the first are barricaded.
This image of the Bowen Building was taken on September 27, 2008 by Trent Jeffries. Trent used a Sony Cybershot 6.0 megapixel camera set on automatic.
NOTE: the image was not taken by me but I have the photographer’s permission to use the image. This image or any version of it will not be for sale in any form and may not be copied or used by any other person in any manner.
I have edited the image in brightness, contrast and digital size only. The image was not created by Mr. Jeffries in any way. Mr. Jeffries took the image then discovered the presence of what is plainly a person standing in a window on the second floor.

Byron when first reading about the history, i thought to myself this sounds like it could be a bit haunting! lol! now you have gone and proved it! lol This gives me chills!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a ghostly figure!! Okay i really do not believe in ghost! lol! but i see no other explanation here!!
I was skeptical about posting it because I am not a big ghost or horror person but when it was given to me and I looked and looked and looked I just could not do it.

An amazing capture. She looks like she is in a nightgown.
It is rumored that she was a nurse at the facility so it may be a white nurses uniform but then she was also a paitent later so you may be tight
