On Saturday Sept. 21 I went to St. Louis Missouri to take photos of the balloons at the Great Forest Park Balloon Race. I found a street side parking place across the highway from Forest Park and while I was waiting on the balloons to start the race I watched a very old, slightly bent old man walking across the street from me. Suddenly the young lady who was parked in the car behind us darted across the street to the old man and began talking to him. They stood there and talked, watched the balloons rising and he tried to shade her IPhone while she took pictures of the balloons. When she came back to her car I showed her the photos I had taken of them and told her that I thought the images were great people character shots. She gave me her email address and asked if she could have copies of the photos. She informed us the the old man was her 90 year old uncle. She had no idea that he would show up there and was thrilled to have photos of them together.
