Here, the sister and brother-in-law of the groom of a wedding I shot in Hyderabad, India, bid their farewell, following the first of a number of 3 days’ worth of wedding events. A woman in a sari is a common sighting on the back of a bike all across this remarkable country.
Thanks, Mike! After all of the traditional pre-wedding rituals performed that day, this was the last thing I expected to see his sister and brother-in-law doing. Yet, it was so India!

Thank you, Isa! I’m guessing it is the tones. We had just finished the first of the wedding preparation activities and quite unexpectedly, they were off on the bike. It was a bit funny for such formal wear! :-)
