I’m reinventing my waist!
Bikini season is coming soon, girls
So’s really no time to waste
Those chunky love handles and flabby arms
Are much to any man’s distaist
And with all these big-chested toothpicks allure
Now’s time to repent excess with haste

So drop those chocolate sprinkled donuts
Forget those after dinner snacks
A strict remedy of dieting pills
Is any fair woman’s plan of attack!
My lack of energy won’t mean shit
When compensated with lack of fat
Within six weeks awaits promised results
In which my peers will be taken aback

Before my own eyes, I’ll become sexy and thin
With virtually no work at all
My slender hips attracting the eyes of men
And ensuring their late evening call
So get on the ball before time’s too late
America is prescribing anyone this fait
And with it I am sure to attract a mate
Whose friends gawk at me like a piece of live bait

…But what if I don’t want to put on a show?
After all, our mama’s did tell us growing up
That it is what women think, what they know
And not so much the size of our cups

Isn’t that what we should be telling these women?!
That we can be powerful and domineering at any size
That we are beautiful and we nurture the world
Whether or not we hate our tummies and thighs

We are creatures of renewing life
Symbol of fertility which has fed the world all along
We carry our men in belly and on hip
And with suckled breast they grow up strong

Our bodies the bed of our young and our lovers
Strong hands hold palms of boys into the hood of man
We harvest their souls with wisdom and kindness
Before sending them out to change the world

Any size, any color, any shape
The lovely beauty that is any woman
