The snow that fell night before last was very wet and heavy. I felt so sorry for this beautiful little tree….after I took the shot, I went and shook the tree and the branches bounced back up. I like to think I saved “him”!!

must be a very heavy snow, .. for it to cling to the limbs like that…. splendid shot, my sis….. no snow here in florida…. you are making me miss it! and i never thought i would!!

  • We have had a fabulous Winter…..well, I should say…a fabulous February! Over 53 inches just in Feb. alone! I love it!! I do have to admit that I am starting to wish for Spring…..soon!!

Looks sad and droopy yet beautiful .

  • It is amazing to me how the different texture of snow creates different looks in the woods. This was a heavy, wet snow so the branches had a hard time with the weight….thanks so much, dear Bro!
