This little delicacy is a South Aussie special – called a frog cake, it’s made by a local bakery (Balfours) and has reached iconic status here. If you come here, you must taste one – sponge cake and apricot jam inside, a creamy head and sweet icing all over – he’s just inviting you to eat him!
