Thanks everyone for your comments. It was a difficult picture to take. She is only5 years old. When I took it I had to decide “is it too personal” When she grows up will she she be glad that I took it? I wasn’t sure but I ran the risk at took it anyway. I have permission from the family to post. They have assured me that if it causes people to stop and think for a moment about those they love then it is a good thing. I felt that it was one of the best images I have for “In The Moment” Group

My initial thought was that this was too personal to post but then I read that you post this with the families knowledge and permission which changes everything. I got a phone call from a friend last night to tell me his mother just died…... very poignant.
