The park and it’s surrounding area are known for it’s unique geological significance, it’s beautiful varied desert growth, and it’s historical importance. As you can see, the Mexican Poppies are in full bloom and it is certainly a sight to see. Picacho Peak is located off of I-10 between Tucson and Phoenix, AZ

FEATURED IN THE WORLD AS WE SEE IT OR AS WE MISSED IT-3/20/10

A long-time passion, I’ve held a camera in my hand for as long as I can remember. Capturing “the moment” is my goal, whether it be people, wildlife or a beautiful Arizona sunset. I am originally from NYC but now live in the desert southwest.
Thank you for viewing my images… I hope that you enjoy!
