The TV Children

A Thought, A Child on a A TV Guide

A Poem

Pick a Thought Mount it high
Pile it on Watch it fly
Grab your cup
Frostee shakes from the sky

I love saturation At least I’m in one place
Rather than meditation
There’s my mind floating by in space
So fleet My feet
Are cement bound
Can’t jog Can’t log
Into anywhere
I’m going to
No where fast
No wonder The thought has past

I see the TV children
World hunger means only one thing

My love and change Fall from my pocketsLemonade droplets Fall from my socketsMy heart twings

A gale forms
Blows off the storm
My heart warms
A link forms
I’m enmeshed in loving you
Live with me
We’ll go to the Food bank
My little room will seem big
Wth little you in it

I want you to laugh and smile
When you see me
That’s what my dog can do
Without a clue
She’ll teach you to

Oh you have a brother, Sure he can come
And two or three more sisters Yes Yes
We’ll all eat s’mores
Melted on the stove
My thinking of this
And the tender little kiss
That blows in the morning mist.
The TV previews change to bliss.
