This so beautiful banrai – it has such a rich, elegant feel to it; like it would have hung in the castles of old!

If this were a 20 foot tall painting it would be an instant masterpiece, The first thing I saw was Da Vincis’ eyes! then the profile of Lenin or Mark twain. But the design element is so pure. The symmetry of tonality and structure is resplendent with light. It emmanates great positive energy like Cathedral stained glass windows. Magnificent!!!!

Lines in your sketches look so much like wood cuts. This would be a gorgeous fabric.
I’m thinking how I would reproduce it’s beauty on a textile, however. That’s hard, considering I’ve been staring at it now for 5 minutes. It would have to include several processes I think, the last being several woodblocks or linoleum cut blocks; the first the essential color scheme and main pattern. (Just musing. Don’t mind me.) Such an exquisite tapestry of your art, Banrai.
