Stone Lavender by Baldric

Stone Lavender by

The colour version of this image was quite good but I wanted to give it an arty, hand coloured feel. It was converted to sepia in ACR, I then overlaid it onto the colour version in CS4 and used layer mask and the brush tool to slowly bring back the colour in the flower. I then flatened the image so that I could overlay it onto a textured image, the face of an old rendered stone tank stand. Both images were then blended and flatened to create the final image.

About Baldric

Photography is a hobby that is becoming a passion. I dont think I’ll make a lot of money out of it, the real satisfaction is just doing it.
Enjoy.
