Taken during the RB meet recently in Denmark, I moved about on my own before and after the shoot began…. so here I am back at the NY Carlsberg Glyptotek (sculpture) a private collection of Carl Jacobsen’s in Copenhagen, Denmark. On the first floor are sculpture by Rodin, as well as other works of antiquities; Etruscan, Greek and Cypriot. I spent about three hours viewing all the wonderful works, and when I return to this wonderful space, I will venture up stairs for all the Master Painters’ renderings!!! Ah….. it will be wonderful !!!!
In this capture, I had walked around this artist for several minutes trying to find the best spot to shoot her at work. She was seemingly mesmerized by the sculpture before her while sketching. She appeared so intense!!!! The lighting was very interesting but challenging… I did love the shadows and the dull sheen that was evident here.
There were space restrictions all throughout the rooms available for viewing and i was ever aware what was behind me, just picturing the results if I bumped into something of this importance…. HORROR!!!! lolol
Have you come to the conclusion of my thoughts about this beautiful city / attractions in wonderful Copenhagen yet???? LOLOL of course you have!!!!
My wish for all my RB friends would be for you to find the special places in this world that tug at your heart and give you pleasure for being among the attractions!!
Much love to all my RB friends
