Thought we’d seen the last of the sun for the day, but then it poked through a crack in the cloud and a gap in the trees just as it kissed the horizon.

Not a bad result.

Handheld HDR from 3 exposures. No Photomatix – just a bit of PS and a subtle saturation boost, along with a very slight high pass filter for sharpening, because of a little camera wobble.
