This is dedicated to all of you, my fellow photographers, for those days where nothing you do turns out right. You have tried every trick in the book and there is only one thing left to do with the book… file 13!

Erm for those of you that like the serious side….

Nikon D5000 and Nikor 18mm-55mm @ 34mm (not 35 or 33).Manual setting with no fill flash, lit by defused natural light. ISO 250 f8.0, 1/80.

Taken whilst kneeling on the right knee with camera skilfully supported in my hands.

  • Irene I totally agree, I am a pragmatic learner (do rather than read) so the picture whilst a bit of fun sums me up!

I’m tempted to say “Should have bought a Canon!” ;-) A well thought out capture.

  • Lol David, we won’t get into the old Nikon v Cannon debate. There are times trying to sort out the settings etc that I long for my old Pentax MX! So simple in those days set the camera, click the button job done! Or am I living in the past? No don’t answer that I know I am.
