About my work:
I find inspiration in natural forms, textures and patterns.
I mostly use inks, oils and acrylics but I like to experiment with pretty much anything.

Although a lot of my work attempts to express a pre-conceived idea or concept, I always try to keep a spontaneous, free-flowing creative process with a sense of a constant back-&-forth with the medium.
I also find that the most important and interesting expressions can sometimes come from ‘mistakes’ and unconscious impulses.

I prefer not to explain each individual piece; I believe a certain amount of ambiguity is required in allowing the viewer to form a more personal connection and interpretation to the work.
