Help Please by Aaron Blackwell

Hi All,
I’m after some help, I recently did a photo shot with a model on a TFP (time for prints) basis. She obviously got a “watermarked” copy of all the images; however her agent has seen the images and would like to buy a few. He would like them un-marked; my question is "how much should I charge’? I obviously don’t want to underprice myself, but I also don’t want to overprice myself?

I also think he would like fully ownership / copyright of the image/s, this would then prevent me form making any more money from them in the future!
