Glenorchy, South Island, New ZEALAND
I love rainbows, who doesn’t? I immediately had to pull over and start shooting when I saw this beautiful scene developing as I was driving through the scenic countryside near Glenorchy, about 45 minutes drive from Queenstown. . Misty rain was coming down over the mountains at the right of the picture, mixed in with the brightest of blue skies up towards Queenstown on the left.

Great catch and I love how the rainbow ends at the copse of trees. Really makes you feel like you’d find treasure there.
That’s a very beautiful rainbow shot, Cameron…..I’m still waiting for an opportunity: being at the right place at the right time! Enjoy your weekend x
