I think this is a terrifically original form of self-portrait nude. Personally, I don’t like the white blob of knee as it distracts from an otherwise (IMHO) subtle picture. I could happiliy live with this shot with this cropped out.

Very creative Lys.

I really like the specular/starburst effect of the light on the top RHS. The composition is excellent and I love the use of darkness/shadows.

I feel the foto would be more powerful if you cropped out the frame and the white section on the RHS. The curvature of the frame is messy and off-putting and the large strip of white is not
balanced by the rest of the image. In essence these 2 components do not add anything to the image.

Also the burnt-out section on your knee is disrtracting – it is too bright for the surrounding area and has lost all detail. You can bring details back by creating a negative layer in photoshop (or whatever you use) this will bring down the brightness and return some detail. I can Bmail you details on how to do this if you need help)

Otherwise, very impressed. Good work! Looking forward to more!
