When there is even a light breeze while spray painting the paint get all over the place. I thing the overall of this worker could have been white when he started on this ship at the V&A waterfront, Cape Town. Luckily there was a small hole in the protective canvas around the dry-dock for this picture otherwise the only option was from the other side like the picture below.

Digital photography is doing for photography what the piano did for keyboard music. You can still play music composed for the harpsichord on the piano but not the other way around.

  • Well, a lot of photographers spend their time in nature reserves taking pictures of the wildlife. I just do the opposite.

    Agree, what’s the difference. The concrete jungle is anyways home to the the “wildest” animal all of….
    I still like the grey and blue in the pic, couldn’t reflect “concrete jungle” more even if it wants to. Since you sort of inspired me way back to take up photography, how am I coming on ??

    What’s even more attractive about this pic, is the eerie feeling I get that the guy is actually floating in the steel cage, very much like a diver in a shark cage…..
