Judging from the thickness of the wall, this must be one of the older buildings in Simon’s Town on the eastern side of the Cape Peninsula overlooking False Bay near Cape Town. But I wasn’t interested in the history, rather to apply Photomatix to the five exposures from -3 to +1 and seeing how much detail I can couch out of the shadows while keeping detail on the white wall.
