After building this dome at the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, the workers discovered a mistake (see if you can spot it) One of them is checking the plan to see which of the colour coded aluminium struts were out of place. I thought it looked better when I darkened every other triangle and increased the contrast.
Now then, this is clever! A tricky subject for getting all the detail and you have perfectly, increasing the contrast really works BUT what I have a problem with is I can’t work out the mistake???? scratching my head here..
If you look at the horizontal line (curve) of the struts that goes through the head of the man at the bottom you will see that it ‘dips’ unnaturally right in front of him. Glad you like it.
