Malta. The castle on the horizon is called Selmun Tower. Just to the right of this view, out of shot, is the island where St. Paul is supposed to have been shipwrecked (Acts 27 and 28:1-11), hence the bay’s name (if you look up the references, Malta was called Melita then).
