Mosta alley at nighttime in Christmastide by

Mosta is roughly in the centre of the island of Malta and this dome, modelled on the Pantheon in Rome, is one of the four or five largest unsupported domes in the world. It was hit by a bomb in WWII but fortunately it didn’t explode. I believe the casing is still on show in the church. Pentax K10D, f 8, ISO 100, 38 mm lens, 4 photographs 4 – 30 sec combined in Photomatix Pro 3.
