Parus major is the largest member of the tit family, and is an acrobatic and noisy bird that bullies its relatives. This one is probably a male, as the black stripe down its breast is quite broad (it is narrower in the female). Taken near Liskeard, Cornwall. Pentax K10D, 1/250 sec, f 5.6, ISO 400, 200 mm lens.
