Rumps Point by

This headland lies near the surfing resort of New Polzeath, North Cornwall. Near here the poet Laurence Binyon composed “For the Fallen” (“…At the going down of the sun and in the morning….”) in 1914, in remembrance of the fallen in WWI. National Trust property. Pentax K10D, 1/60 sec, f 13, ISO 100, 18 mm lens.
